Settling an Estate Comes With Enough to Manage.

The property doesn’t have to be one more thing you handle alone.

When an estate includes a home, there can be more questions than answers. Whether you’re nearby or managing everything from another state, I provide real estate guidance and connections to trusted local professionals to help you determine what comes next.

Common Questions About Estate Properties

Questions can come up quickly when you’re responsible for an estate property. You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out.

01

Does the house need to be emptied?

02

Should we make repairs or sell as-is?

03

Who maintains the property?

04

What if I live out of state?

05

How do we determine the home’s value?

06

When should we prepare the property for sale?

One Point of Contact. Many Moving Pieces.

My role is to help with the real estate and property-related side of settling an estate. Depending on your needs, that may include evaluating whether to sell as-is or make improvements, developing a plan for the property, and connecting you with appropriate professionals.

Those connections may include estate-sale companies, clean-out services, movers, contractors, landscapers, cleaners, appraisers, and other local resources.

I can help coordinate property-related scheduling and communication alongside your attorney and other professionals.

You Don’t Need to Empty the House Before Calling.

It can be difficult to know what to do with a lifetime of belongings. Before spending time or money on clean-outs, repairs, or renovations, let’s look at the property and discuss your options.

The goal isn’t to make the house perfect. It’s to determine which approach makes the most sense for the property and the people involved.

Managing an Estate Property From Out of State?

When you aren’t local, even small property decisions can become complicated. I can be a local real estate resource to help assess the property, connect you with reliable service providers, and keep the real estate process moving when the time is right.

There is no expectation that you’re ready to sell. An early conversation can simply help you understand your options.

You Don’t Have to Have Everything Figured Out Before You Call.

Tell me a little about the property and what you’re trying to accomplish. We can start there.
